It’s a family owned business by a husband and his
wife, Don and Mary Svela. There business is called Laserwerks it is an awards
and personalized gifts shop. After Don retired he wanted to do something in his
life so he started from his house and he started engraving everything by hand. Laserwerks started in 2004 since then Don
and Mary made a lot of progress in their work. Don was awarded the designation of CRS that stands for
Certified Recognition Specialist and Mary holds the Certified Professional in
Learning and Performance (CPLP) designation from the American Society of
Training and Development. In September 2011 they opened their new show room on
McLoughlin Blvd in Milwaukie. They are members of the
International Awards and Recognition Association. Their mission is to be the
best supplier of recognition and specialty products that we can be, to serve
the highest, long-term interests of our customers, our employees, our
community, and our company. They offer custom cutting and engraving of acrylic
for industrial, artistic and personal applications.
